26th April 2003 Rural Idyll or Suburban Fantasy - the Arts and Crafts Movement before the First World War. Centenary lecture by Paul Atterbury in the Ballroom of the Spirella Building. Tickets probably £3 (£5 for non-members)
19 September  Talk about the work of the Hertfordshire Archives and Library Service (HALS) Susan Flood will explain the role of HALS, with special reference to the work of Ebenezer Howard and his shorthand diaries.
21 November Lutyens in Hertfordshire, an  illustrated talk by Dr Mervyn Miller Although there are no houses by Lutyens in Letchworth his influence on Arts and Crafts architecture in general is immense
